Description: Symptomatic treatment and reduction of exacerbations in adult patients with GOLD stage C and D chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who are at risk of exacerbations: - Despite regular treatment with inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators or bronchodilators alone; or - Eligible for inhaled triple therapy with corticosteroids, long-acting beta2 agonists, and long-acting muscarinic antagonists. - Maintenance treatment of asthma in patients 18 years of age and older who are not adequately controlled with a combination of a long-acting beta2 agonist and a medium-dose inhaled corticosteroid and who have experienced one or more asthma exacerbations in the preceding year.
