5. Shipments

  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination and type of shipment.

  • Shipping over $2,000 is free.

  • We work with courier companies such as DHL, Estafeta, and many more.

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is provided.

🔔 Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by the parcel service.

6. Exchanges and Returns

You can request an exchange or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product sent is incorrect than the one purchased.

To do this you must:

  • Notify within 2 calendar days of receipt.

  • Send 6 photos of the product (Top, bottom, and all 4 sides), and clear evidence of the problem.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals unbroken.

For the customer who made a mistake when making his purchase:

  • No changes or returns will be possible.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it has shipped . Once shipped, it cannot be canceled; only the return policy applies.
