Description: Rituximab is indicated in adult patients for the following indications: Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) • Follicular lymphoma in treatment-naïve stage III and IV patients, in combination with chemotherapy. • Maintenance in adult patients with follicular lymphoma who have responded to induction therapy. • Relapsed or chemoresistant indolent or follicular CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. • CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, in combination with CHOP chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) Rituximab in combination with chemotherapy is indicated for the treatment of relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Rheumatoid arthritis (RA): Rituximab in combination with methotrexate is indicated in adult patients for: - The treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis when the response to disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs, including methotrexate, has been inadequate. - The treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis in patients with an inadequate response to, or intolerance of, one or more Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) inhibitor therapies. When administered in combination with methotrexate, rituximab showed a reduction in the progression index of joint damage as measured by X-ray, improved physical function, and induced a greater clinical response. Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's) (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). In combination with glucocorticoids, it is indicated for the treatment of patients with severely active granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA, also known as Wegener's granulomatosis) and microscopic polyangiitis.
