Active Substance: EVOLOCUMAB

Description: Prevention of cardiovascular events. Repatha is indicated in combination with other therapies in adults with established cardiovascular disease to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, and coronary revascularization. Hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia. Repatha is indicated in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) or mixed dyslipidemia, and in pediatric patients 10 years of age and older with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, as an adjunct to diet: • In combination with a statin or statin with other lipid-lowering therapies in patients who do not achieve target low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels with the maximum tolerated dose of a statin, or • Alone or in combination with other lipid-lowering therapies in patients who are statin-intolerant or in whom statins are contraindicated. Repatha is indicated in adults and pediatric patients from 10 years of age with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (hoFH) in combination with other lipid-lowering therapies.
